In July I will:
- burn at least 10,000 calories
- eat 75,000 calories or less
- drink at least 150oz water every day (even the weekends!)
- eat more fruits and veggies (at least 5 servings a day)
- be my own Super Hero (I mean, I AM pretty awesome!)
What are your goals for July?
I want to find a balance between my workouts and my new summer work hours.
ReplyDeleteI plan to eat at least 5 fresh fruits and veggies a day.
I plan to drink at least 80 oz of water.. the water pressure in the pool acts as a natural diuretic so being in there 8 hours or more a day causes me to need to hydrate consciously.
I want to complete two long distance open water swims the last two weekends of july... the bridge swim and the cascade lake series open water.
