Right Now. This Moment.

Sometimes I get all tangled up in what I did yesterday that wasn't good enough. Or what I can do tomorrow to make up for it. 

So today, I'm focusing on what I can do right now, in this moment, to better myself. 

I'm going to forgive myself for yesterdays filled with mistakes. 

And I'm not going to exhaust myself with obsessive plans for my tomorrows.

  1. This is one of the hardest weightloss lessons to learn, for sure - that we must not punish ourselves for anything that happened yesterday, and that we cannot count on tomorrow. Right now is the only moment in life that we are guaranteed! ♥
